Atlas Homes today takes to market its first London residential “Blythe Terrace” development with five well-appointed homes now on sale at Blythe Road, Brook Green, West London.

Atlas Homes is a Poseidon Group company focused on residential development, including Mediterranean villas in Dubrovnik and Split in Croatia, and Cotswold village townhouses, as well as the duplex apartments released today in London.  The company aims to develop more schemes of long-lasting and well-specified quality homes.

Poseidon Group’s residential property business encompasses multi-scale international development, investment and management.

Poseidon Group managing director Oliver Hurley said:  “The guide price for the Brook Green properties in the Blythe Terrace scheme ranges from GBP 995,000 to GBP 1.5 million targeting primarily British and European buyers who like and want good quality and no nonsense finishes combined with a sense of style.  The scheme includes a garden maisonette with a glazed extension.”

The scheme previously traded as a public house, The Old Parrs Head, which opened in the Victorian era.  Poseidon purchased the property in February 2014 which is located on the corner of Blythe and Masbro roads, approximately 500m from Kensington Olympia station.

Brook Green is an affluent neighbourhood in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham located eight kilometres west of central London and bordered by Kensington, Shepherd’s Bush, Hammersmith, Holland Park and Brackenbury Village.

Finlay Brewer of Brook Green is acting as sole sales agent.
